We've begun! Jordan had an appointment in Dr. Priebe's Kenai office Monday morning to get all the photos taken of his teeth and rubberband spacers put between the top back molars. He's got teeth coming in behind his front teeth, so the goal is to widen the jaw 8 mm to make room for them to drop down. Ouch?! This Thursday he'll go back to get the mold made of his mouth and the silver brackets in place of the spacers. Following Thanksgiving, he'll get the "hardware" bridge over the roof of his mouth in between those silver brackets with a "screw" at the top that he'll rotate a quarter turn every day to stretch things out!
