Beachy Construction has a cool Timberframe job to remodel and add on to this next year, just across the road from our office building on Kachemak Drive! The guys have gutted it...
Down to the Timberframe bones that need a little joint fill and care.
Upstairs they tore open the ceiling to add another floor... new beams and tongue and groove pine to blend with the old. Lots of sanding and smoothing. It will be beautiful!
