Rain and Raspberries

Another wet week in Homer, AK, but the raspberries are producing beautifully! The boys are GREAT pickers, and we've made about 5 batches of jam now. It's a good thing - we just emptied the last jar from last season's crop two weeks ago. :) My boys don't eat any kind of jam but raspberry. Spoiled!

Speaking of spoiled... We have several raspberry bushes around the perimeter of our yard that are wild and do produce small berries, but Grandma has a GORGEOUS patch in her garden just up the hill with giant berries. We help weed and water and then get to share in the abundant harvest.
