Friday, September 18, the Homer Middle School running team traveled to Kenai for a beautiful afternoon of racing. The 7/8th boys lined up first: Brandon has his arms across his chest, near the middle. They took off across the soccer field (he paced himself)...
across the street, and through the woods 1.5 miles ...
back to the soccer field, and to the finish line they race...
Brandon placed 9th... Top 10 finish!! 9 minutes and 31 seconds. Wow!
