Saturday, April 23, we had a dress rehearsal for the kids' musical "The Easter Lily's Story" with Emerald Miller and the flowers in Gram's garden presenting lessons in Resurrection from God's Word for the Easter Sunday service. They were so excited to get their gorgeous headbands that Mrs. Becker and Ms. Dubber made! Clayton was just as pleased to receive his "Harry Spider" hat. ;)
Jordan got to sing in the choir with me before his turn to play "catch" near Gram's garden...
... he and Aaron got in double trouble when they trampled the Easter lily after Mom (Kirsten) had asked them to play catch on the other side of the house and then lied about it! But Gram shared how the bulb beneath was unharmed and promised New Life. "Alleluia!"
Brandon played the full drumset to accompany Jayce on the keyboard and Jonathan on the guitar for the musical's 6 songs. :)
