Brandon's first home race was Saturday, August 18, 3.2 miles on the Spit trail. There are only 6 Mariner men running, and they cheered on the ladies with some tunes and smiles first!
Mary Kate Green and Bill Steyer are the coaches this season.

Four other schools including Nikiski, Nikolaevsk, Soldotna, and Skyview joined in the competition.
The coarse is flat and FAST... Brandon finished 4th with a time of 18 min. and 23 sec.!
All 5 Mariners finished in the top 10, but Josh had a lung infection and was unable to run. Unfortunately, the team was disqualified for having fewer than 6 runners. Next time!
