Spring update on the house across the street... lots happening!
The garage full of boxes... light fixtures, appliances, furniture, etc.
The mechanical room (twice the size pictured) is a sight to behold!
Water feature in the main entry - it works... mostly! A huge "branchy"
light fixture with crystals will hang 5' down in front of the stone.
Main sitting room and breakfast nook.
The original post & beams were all sanded down to refinish.
HUGE stones for the fireplace, a mantle will be fixed with
large chains up both ends to the ceiling.
On the opposite wall, the outside porch has its own
fireplace beside the a built-in custom pizza oven.
The black and white Paris bedroom.
The dry sauna around the corner from the wet sauna and pool.
The second floor game room, wall of stone for fireplace,
TV, and saltwater aquarium.
Directly across the fireplace is the game room kitchenette.
Take a walk around the corner, "downtown" to the theater.
Candy shop and hat shop.
Now showing... "Peter Pan"!
Grand oval ceiling for light and sound, with 3 curved rows of
recliner chair seating, all trimmed in cherry wood.
Designer Kristen's bedroom with rustic mushroom board trim.
Teen room with twin bunk on top of double bunk with mattress
drawers to pull out from under, sleeping quarters for 13 kids!
Nautical bedroom... ceiling panels ready for hand painted chart maps.
The master bedroom office... imagine this view of the bay.
And a peek into the third floor, world of Neverland:
Tink and the fairies' bunks in the clouds,
mermaid lagoon bathroom,
site of the Jolly Roger pirate ship,
Pan and the lost boys' bunks in the trees, also a water feature.
