Graduation Day!

 Tuesday, May 17, we had TWO boys graduate!!!  Clayton completed his elementary schooling at McNeil Canyon with his class of 26 in Miss JoAnna Green's class.  The parents were invited for Subway lunch at 12:00 followed by the Promotion Ceremony at 1:00 pm. 

Mr. Swanson presented many awards and Brandon was invited to give the alumni address.  He did such a great job, got to shake all the graduates' hands, and even share some "little bro" love!

Class of 2021!

 At 7 pm. that night, we were in the Homer High School gymnasium for the graduation of the Class of 2015.  Brandon was the first to walk in behind the Junior Escorts as one of the class Valedictorians.

 So stately in his Honor Society collar as well!

 The choir opened with a special selection.

Mr. Tim Daugharty, favorite middle school teacher and coach all the way through, gave the formal address to the students.

Brandon gave such a great speech with references to the Star Wars Theme and the Force... physics illustrations of force, choices and influences - good or bad - we exert over ourselves and our peers with force, and a challenge to his classmates to be a force of change in our culture. YAY!

After-Grad Party sponsored by parents... card games, food, and prizes.  Brandon wasn't so lucky at the tables, but did win a wonderful SoniCare toothbrush to help reduce his own dental bills now?!
