Sunday, May 17, Pastor Seth honored the graduates Cheyanne and Brandon in our church service with a book and a prayer of blessing.
At 2 p.m. the graduates had a formal Baccalaureate service with their families and friends at the High School Theater. Bethany, Cheyanne, and Jenna vocally led a worship set with Brandon on the drums, Aspen on the fiddle, and Seth on the guitar. A beautiful gift of praise to our great God...
So blessed by these kids!!!
Pastor Seth spoke on the challenges ahead and the need to pursue the Savior wholeheartedly.
The Swing Choir closed with gorgeous acapella hymns.
God, we thank You for the things You have in store for these graduates!
That afternoon at 5 pm. the Rufaro marimba boys celebrated a concert on the lawn at the Sonnen residence for visiting family and friends to enjoy!
They sound SO GOOD... a neighbor called from miles away saying she was enjoying the tones in her hoop house!
