Halibut Fishing

July 21 we had such an amazing Saturday halibut fishing with our cousins! Marilyn's sister Aunt Cindi came to Homer for a week with her daughter Melanie, husband Darren, their 5 kids, and Darren's parents!

Sheldon, and I spent the day under sunny skies and on calm seas by Flat Island with Melanie and Darren, 4 of the kids, and his dad.  Sheldon's dad Sam was a great fishing guide and they limited out on halibut!

Sam's tour continued finding whales, sea lions, seals, otters, puffin, and pink salmon to rival Planet Earth footage!
