The Beachy Construction framing crew (Nelson brothers) got the roof on the laundromat! Brrr... Baby, it was cold there on Tuesday, Nov. 16, with 20 degree temps minus a WIND CHILL. 
Sheldon was hoping to get the slab poured NEXT - all covered and "warm." But he's waiting on the engineer that's taking Thanksgiving vacation next week... hoping it won't freeze too deeply!
