Jordan attended NBC Basketball Camp for the first time at Alaska Pacific University in Anchorage June 11-15. He got a good taste of dorm life and actually liked the cafeteria food!
Jordan knew a couple other Homer kids and had 38 boys in his group, 12-15 yrs. old. He enjoyed his coach Steve, the University of Alaska Seawolf point guard from Australia. His accent was great, and his interaction with the boys super. :)
Jordan's team was made of 4 "Davids" and 1 "Goliath" - although they were named BIG 6 and placed 4th in the 5-on-5 tournament on the final day for parents to watch. :)
